Tunable Vertical Base
This is a top loaded, ground plane, motorized, remotely adjusted 6m-160m vertical.
It is tuned from your seat in the shack to a low swr.
Swr is 1.5:1 or lower on all ham bands from 6 to 160 meters inclusive.
Overall length is near 35 feet. Radials are 8 feet long and above head height. One can walk under them.

The antenna in the picture below is painted CAMO. Because it was bright and shiny and the neighbors noticed it, I took it down and painted it camoflauge and now it is not nearly as noticeable. Against the sky it is clearly visible. From the other side, using the fir trees as a background, the camoflauge blends. Yours will come shiny unless you custom order camo.
These are very unique verticals and can be tuned to all ham bands 6 to 160 meters without a separate tuner. They are rated for up to 600 watts pep. We can build a KW model, but prices would be a bit higher.
The price is $995 plus shipping. Total shipping weight is 70 lbs. It is shipped in 2 boxes. (3 if you wish)
The pipe or steel channel mount is not included. It is recommended that you use a pair of steel channel 2" x 4" by 1/4" thick. Additional instructions come with antenna.
A coax fitting is installed on the antenna for attaching your coax. Plugs are furnished to make up your motor wire. We recommend using 18 gauge outdoor extension cord wire. The wire is available at any electrical supply store. We have used up to 120 feet of wire for running these motors without a problem. Guy ropes should be used for areas where winds exceed 70 mph.
